Claims
To file a claim, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the incident. Claims must be filed within 3 days of the incident. The claims process is as follows:
- Contact our customer service to report the incident.
- Provide necessary documentation including proof of purchase and incident report.
- Our team will assess the claim and provide feedback within 7 working days.
- Upon approval, the claim will be processed, and the necessary steps will be taken to track your device immediately.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your policy within 14 days for a full refund, provided no claims have been made. After this period, pro-rata refunds will be available based on the remaining term. To cancel your policy:
- Contact our customer service department.
- Provide your policy number and reason for cancellation.
- If within 14 days, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days.
- For cancellations after 14 days, a pro-rata refund based on the remaining term will be calculated and processed.
